My wife ordered a poster on May 18th, however she did not notice the 7 to 14 business day processing time, with hopes that it would be here by May 25th if she purchased two day shipping. This was her error. After realizing this, Paula Kerr let her know that the order would ship out the first week of June.

The first week of June came and went, she emailed at that point, being the weekend she didn't think anyone would be there. No replies from this communication attempt. Once the second week of June started she called on the 12th, and spoke to a Wayne who let her know it was a thrid party that had the poster, and the order status did not go out to them until June 8th, and it would ship this week. The next day we saw the status had changed to 'Shipped' and we had a tracking number. Wayne did refund the two day shipping she had paid for, and we appreciate that very much.

However, Fedex was contacted about a packge that was to be delivered and had a status of 'Package data transmitted to FedEx' with an estimated delivery date of Thursday 6/14/07 4:30 pm. This time, again, came and went. Fed ex even took the status of estimated delivery from the tracking page.

And now we are to this point.

I am going to need the package delivered by Friday the 22nd in the condition stated on the website, or I will increase the number of complaints filed at the Southern Nevada Better Business Bureau. I see there have been three in the past 36 months, one of which you never responded to. With the service we have had to this point I can honestly say I am shocked the number is not higher. I understand the high volumes of orders you must receive, however I hope you understand how the lack of communications on your part have affected your customer service. Your company may do well without dealing with third parties selling posters, or not show an 'available' status on an item if it is truly not.

I do not need a reply email detailing a plan of action. I have already given mine.

More from the Chronicles of dumbfucks.com so, Summer called to complain that at 18 business days, 4 business days past when I should have the poster. And they proceded to tell her, "Oh it's a third party poster and it should ship this week."

The NEXT day it shows it has shipped and has a tracking number, Fed ex should have it here no later than 4:30 PM on the 14th.

Here I sit at 6:44pm on the 14th with no poster... come to find out they got a TRACKING number on the 12th. All you have to do is let fed ex know you WANT TO eventually one day ship something, and you get a goddamned tracking number to suffice your customer.

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THESE GODDAMNED MORONS! They are fucking LIARS!

FYI moviegoods.com sucks. Paid for 2 day shipping, on the 18th of May, didn't read that it would take 7 to 14 days to process a goddamned POSTER order. It's not like I backordered the fucking cure for AIDs. it's a POSTER for shit's sake. 1 sheet of paper 27 X 41...

well I'm here on business day 15, guess what, my miracle aid cure God autographed poster of fucking BOGGY CREEK is still pending. Are they trying their damned best to get Doc Brown on the phone to put the final touches on their fucking flux capacitor so they can travel back in time, take down the poster at the one movie theatre that played the movie, and NOW they need 1.21 gigawats to get back here to get FEDEX to get me my poster.

But guess what... they got their money on May 18th.

When you hear the sirens and see the flashing lights of an emergency vehicle (firetruck, ambulance, etc), get the fuck out of the way. Don't just keep driving -- get the fuck off the road and stop. That might be you next time in the back of that ambulance, when every second is critical. Get the fuck out of the way, assholes.

And you other assholes -- for the people that do get off the road to make way, don't cockblock them and start going around them. Let them back on the fucking road. Otherwise, you're a double-asshole: once for not moving for the ambulance, and twice for blocking the people that weren't assholes.
