shes hot kev....except for the part where you shave her back  I am thinking about actually working for the guy who gives me contracts....i need insurance and i think thats the way to go...its only 4 days a week but the peace of mind for insurance and it will be a bigger raise.....so all in all i think i will be happier other than that im just having loads of fun with Zack....he finished kindergarden! and will now move to the big boy league we are gonna go to San Antiono on the 20th to visit my cousins and prob go to seaworld and six flags....ill make sure and take lots of pictures! |

Well there's not much for me to post really, Pooh said it all.HUNTER = Got a Kindegartener coming up in August. Can't believe it, makes me want to cry. About the only thing I'm looking forward to is shopping for school supplies. I've always wanted to do that every year since I've been out of school, you know, the fun part, where you buy crayons and the fun colored folders and what not. (Oh and for those of you that really want to buy some school supplies, we'll take donations, our address is on the directory. Just remember it's Kindegarten for a 5 year old boy) I'll post the school supply list when we get it, it's ridiculous because you have to buy double for the slacker parents that don't buy shit. It's not for the parents that can't afford it, trust me. They have special programs for that instance. Hunter's growing up, he's enjoying being a big brother. He hugs and kisses his sister all the time, I'm glad they're so close. Now, as soon as she starts crawling he'll be like, "MOOOOMMMMMM GET KAITLYN OUTTA MY ROOM AND AWAY FROM MY TOYS!!" KAITLYN = Went to 2 month check today, got some shots. Kaitlyn weighs in at 11 pounds and 1/2 ounce. She's 23 inches long. The doctor gave us the go ahead to eat a little applesauce and pears since she's doubled her birth weight, or is close enough. She's not fat, just bigger. Pooh's going to give her a complex or eating disorder or something. Still breastfeeding (I'm sure ya'll wanna know that) and she eats rice cereal at night. She's definitley a diva, drama queen like her mommy, and I think she's going to love pink and Disney princesses because she ADORES her mobile. She's not in her room yet, I am not about to walk that far in the middle of the night to feed her, but she's starting to sleep all night so once she's got that down pat we'll move her in there and post pics of the nursery. I keep harassing Pooh to post pics of the kids (sigh, alas he never does update) but I'll force him so you guys can see how good I can grow 'em!!! STAR = Well let's see, there's just not a whole lot, being a stay at home mommy, loving that, trying to get things set up for birthday parties, soccer, school, etc. I'm turning into a regular ol' soccer mom. However I refuse to drive a van. I'm back down to the weight I was before I was pregnant with Kaitlyn, but still got another size or so to lose. So you won't see many pics of me until then, but at least I won't be absolutely ashamed of myself in a bathing suit. Pooh and I (kinda) worked it out where yes, I can and am quitting my job and being a full time mommy. I'm very excited. It's something I always wanted to do when Hunter was born but couldn't because at the time I was a single mommy. I think Pooh's excited too, he had the kids for a full 8 hour shift and I think he was scared shitless but will never admit it. Allright Dre I hope that was enough details. well, i've been working on a major site launch for the last 2 months. the 18+ hour days really fucking suck fucking balls. i'm fucking sleepy. and it's hot in here. they turn the a/c off at 6. assholes. yeah, dre, laura still puts up with me. though it's easy as i'm never home. but i put a spell on her, so that's really why, i think. and i didn't think it's in bad taste either. the house is good, though i've not done shit to work on it -- we've even been hiring out for lawn work out of necessity. still nowhere near done unpacking. have i not shown you the photos of the house? here. laura's doing well, but she's lonely. i'm not home much at all, and at her job, she's the only one in the office most of the day. luckily she has her boyfriend marco, but i don't think he's been keeping her much company these days either. also, sadie is still a happy dog. she loves the house. @pooh, why the haircut? long hair rules. though, mine has reached a point where it stops once it reaches the tip of my nose. it won't grow for shit like it used too back in the day, before i cut it off and went corporate. well, back to work. someone tell my wife i lover her, and i'll see her in a few days. hopefully.

So when I saw Saint's post, I just thought he was asking us all if we were still married, cause after reading Dre's opening post, and my original post, it kinda looked like either one of us was on our own. So I fine tuned my post. Then I found out that Dre posted, and Saint was speaking of her post. Saint, after reading her post, I see it more as an 'in jest' as Dre said than in poor taste. And COME ON!!! When has Dre ever said anything in poor taste? Please oh please don't prove me wrong.

I'm still at Kawneer, and this August will be 10 years for me. What I do can only be explained using legos. Lets say you want to do a cool building and you sketch up a rough drawing of what you want. You decide that you want to use legos, but you don't know how many, which one, or what is needed to get it put together. That's where I come in. I look at your job and I give you a list of every thing you need to make your building. If you don't want to figure out where the pieces go or how they go together, I can do that for you too. I also do a little drafting on the side for Kawneer, and plan on taking that home with me. Do a little drafting for everyone other than customers just wanting Kawneer stuff. I've got my first job this week, and it will be the make or break job that will decide if it's something I want to do. Speaking of working from home, We (Gabie, her mother, and I) have been in a venturing mood. We've been playing with the idea of having our own business. It's something we've always contemplated. When Gabie had her baby shower, we made a diaper cake for it. It was creative, easy, and fun to make. If you have the right connections, it can be very inexpensive to make. We decided to look into the diaper cake market (if there is such thing) and found out that people are paying huge prices to get these things. We've got a business in mind, and our entry level product for now will be diaper cakes. Our dream is that it will be what kicks off future business ideas that we will have the money and time to get to work. Isn't that everyones dream? Besides not working, not working for anybody but yourself. Hunter will be turning 5 in a couple of weeks, and we are planning on having a pool party. He will start Kindergarten this year, and we've enrolled him in Soccor, so maybe we will see Saint there too. Kaitlyn is getting bigger and fatter. And pretty soon we'll be able to roll her around the room instead of carrying her. She is 9 weeks, 2 days old today. She is talking more, and likes to watch me play Super Mario Bros. She also likes to watch me surf the net. We have our good days and our not so good days when it comes to sleep. She likes to wait till about 1 or 2 before going to sleep, and somehow I'm the one that ends up being up with her. Even with 4-5 hours a night of sleep, I'm able to stay awake at work. It requires a couple of cups of coffee, but it's all good.I'll let Gabie give you her side of this story. Yes we are still married. Oh, and I plan on getting a haircut soon. |

Oaky everyone, this thread is going to be to update everyone on what we you are doing now. Since Del and I have moved, we don't know what is going on in everyone else's lives. I'll go first.Right now I'm taking an Arkansas history course for my alternative teaching certification. This spring I passed all of my tests and I can teach all subjects (math, science, reading, language, social studies) in grades 4 through 8. I'm currently job hunting and I hope to have a full time job starting this fall. I'm also finishing my THESIS!!!!! I'm planning on having my rough draft completed by August or September. I guess that is about it. Now lets here what everyone else is doing! |
