Their art contains a lot of DVD box photos... Plus, they don't really have an API. I have to resort to screen scraping, which works until they redesign or start using new templates or something. They're what I use now though.

Hey, does anyone have a good place to get movie art from? What I'm after (ideally, anyway) is a square image that's the cover art itself (not a picture of the DVD case with the DVD or the DVD packaging), but actual art, like this.The artwork for my movies and TV shows on my MythBox is really inconsistent -- mainly because it gets the art from half a dozen sources. I'd like to use something that's clean, preferably hi-res, and easily obtainable with an automated process (like, with the IMDB ID, for instance); and I'd really like something that's square, though that's not very likely to happen. |
